- How you check it: the same call is logged on the public scorecard beside every other one — wins and losses — and its timestamped log entry is the receipt.

What does the free tier include, and does it need a card?
The free tier covers US stocks with 2–3 signals a day, and every call is rated A–D and logged on the public scorecard, which needs no login. A free account is email-only — no card is asked for, and the only things stored are your email address and your tier setting.
Can I try this before subscribing to a monthly plan?
Yes. Every signal, win or loss, is on the public scorecard with no account required, and the free tier gives you 2–3 US signals a day for an email address. If you want a full analysis of one specific stock without a subscription at all, look packs start at US$30 and never expire.
Do the paid plans cover different markets, or only more signals?
Both. Singapore (SGX) coverage starts at Starter — the free tier is US stocks only — and the daily call count rises per tier: 5–10 signals a day on Starter at US$19 a month, 10–20 on Pro at US$49, and 20–30 on Expert at US$119. Pro and Expert also include free on-demand looks every day.
Can I cancel any time, and what happens to the month I have already paid for?
Yes. Cancelling stops future charges at any time, and paid access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Part-months are not pro-rated, because access is granted for the whole month up front. That is section 3 of the published refund policy.
What is the refund policy if I decide it is not for me?
14 days, money back, no questions asked on your first paid month — once per customer, on any tier. A genuine billing error is refunded in full at any time, not only in the first month. Refunds are actioned within 5 business days and return to the original payment method.
What exactly is an on-demand look, and do the packs expire?
A look is a full written analysis of one stock: the pattern read, the A–D grade, the target and the stop. Packs never expire — 5 looks for US$30 or 10 for US$50 — Pro members get 2 free looks a day and Expert members 5, and a pack you have not used is refundable within 14 days.
What currency am I charged in, and how does payment work?
Prices are in US dollars: US$19 Starter, US$49 Pro and US$119 Expert per month. Card payment is taken on Airwallex's secure page, the subscription renews monthly, cancelling stops the next charge, and your price is locked for as long as you stay subscribed.
Who do I contact if there is a billing problem?
The support address and the exact steps are on the refund policy page. Email from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund" and tell us roughly when you paid; we aim to reply within one business day and to action refunds within 5 business days.
